My experience was horrible with this company and at the time I was already approved with two other lenders. *********************** and *************************** were vindictive, unprofessional and rude. I expressed that I wasn't sure about Veterans United offer so ****** sent me a rejection notice...after running a hard inquiry on my credit twice.

I cant t say enough how happy I am with my entire home buying experience! This was my first time purchasing a home, and they made the process seamless. The team here is unbelievable. They always made sure we were taken care of. We had our ups and down through this whole process and eventually it got personal. I think you need to evaluate who you have working for you and how they treat customers and/or inspectors. It's amusing you have employees working for you who insult the intelligence of an inspector, going out of his way to help get the information you need to complete a loan for a client, who happens to be a veteran himself. Be better than that.
I highly recommend Veteran Home Loans for anyone who chooses to purchase a home. The help and guidance is there when needed. They are very professional with the details and expertise.
