Do not go with this company...they will take your money and don't pay when you have a claim...left my family and I stuck out during a hurricane..I'm pregnant with children..they'll definitely hear from my lawyer when my state gets back up and running

Canceled my policy that was auto payment for a non updated phone number. They emailed me twice which went to my spam and I didn’t know it. I called after finding it. To late. No notice no nothing. Then tried to tell me they needed to know who lived at my address and who drove. My two daughters and i. Of which im the only driver’s license holder. They ain’t on my policy for that reason. Bogus excuses. Told me they would see about reactivating my insurance that had been canceled three days ago and call me back. Still waiting

filed a claim on my roof for storm damage may 2021. had over 50 missing shingles and several more that were loose and had one area of the roof which was leaking inside to the sheetrock roof in the kitchen causing water damage. had my contractor come out and we started the process. at first things seemed to be going along fine. my contrator assured me the roof needed to be replaced. everything turned when state farms inspector came to job. inspector agreed 100 % with my contractor then filed a total different report with thei... read more
State Farm is worthless. If you have this insurance...drop them immediately before you need to file a claim. They will only pay a fraction of the repair bill, leaving you with the remainder. In my case, nearly 2000 dollars. I have been a loyal State Farm customer since 1979...and that means nothing.
