State Farm, is the absolute worse company around. I started with State Farm in 1990, and have faithfully paid my dues. My roof sustained hail damage. Filed a claim. According to State Farm my roof is fine and it will only cost $1000 ( way below my deductible of course) to repair. But the adjuster tells me " not to have a lot of people up there looking at it" so I queried him again that the roof did not need to be replaced. He again stated that my roof was fine. So I call around to get a company to fix the minor damage accord... read more

Insured thru them for 50 years, Home & Auto. Canceled my full coverage without any explanations. Treated rudely & neglectfully for so long. I switched Companies 3 months ago.

After 38 years with State Farm I am very hurt and horrified by the new personnel and management of the ********* ***Facility. I expected real answers of why all of a sudden after 23 years you kept raising my rate by at least 100.00 per 6 month period with no real explanation except, rates go up and down. Well that's not true with you, they've only gone up for the last 3 6 month periods. You are just abusing the insurance system based on useless information. You refused to give me my senior discount, you refused to give me th... read more

So I was informed by my call to state farm that I'm at fault for an accident and I'm confused as to how? Let me break it down. The way the accident is said to have happened is not what happened. There was only one semi mentioned in the conversation I had with whomever I had it with when you guys were trying to decipher who was at fault.
