Canceled insurance, told us 3 months later so had no idea we weren’t insured and then took out $500 from account they won’t refund for service they canceled months before. I call that stealing.

On August 27, 2021 I was hit while stopped at a red light. The other driver has state farm too which should have made this very easy for them. I provided all documentation they asked for including the police report showing I was 0% at fault. I was given the run around for weeks, I was told something different by the ten or more people I spoke to. The shops estimate of damages was just under $2200. We have been state farm customers since 2006 and have never before filed any claims with them. We had water damage in our home on 8/27/21 and state farm adjuster denied our claim without having come out to our property to assess the damages. They are denying claims left and right as we have heard from others in our community. I am beyond tired of having to beg our insurance company for assistance. We don't fail to pay our monthly premiums but they are so easy to deny claims. Maybe they need the funds to pay for all the marke... read more

I decided to switch my State Farm auto and renter's policy to another company. I first sent Kevin B******* State Farm office in ************ **, an email to change my address back in April, because I moved. I then called at the end of April because I got no response. I changed the address over the phone, and I asked to cancel the policies. This was at the end of April. So unorganized with your person information. There mistakes is yours and they don't try to fix it or admit the mistakes. I have 2 life insurance policies with them and auto. One of my life insurance they never updated me on the status and it got canceled with no warning. Called to ask what happened and they don't even know. Staff is very rude. They say calls are monitored but I see no proof with the way they lie as if they won't get caught. It's a cover up going on and it's not right. I have no rights to protect myself again... read more
