We were hit by someone insured with this company and our car is no longer drive able. We have been waiting for days with still no rental car. Also no one has come out to look at the damage. Very very upset because now we can’t work as our job requires we have a vehicle. Please beware if you get hit by someone insured with State Farm you will have problems.
I work for a dealership and dealing with this company is legit the worst experience till this day. Waiting over 3 hours for someone to respond. I have customers in front of me waiting to do insurance to take the vehicle home. Someone picks up and speaks to us and then hangs up. They don't even call back. Going back and forth and no answers. NO responses at all. Customers cannot even take vehicles home without insurance.
State farm is the worst insurance agency I have ever dealt with , I had them 28 yrs and when wind damaged my roof state farm wouldn't cover me . They don't stand by anything

They will lie to your face after telling you something else and the try to place blame of preferred service providers. Steve H********* of the ********* ****area has a long standing history of purposely praying on his customers and does everything possible to short you on coverage. He is paid commission when he saves the company money. Stay far away this company.

Never call the 1-800 # They blame you first and ask questions later to blame you more. We have a house, 4 cars and 2 motorcycles insured and they treated us like garbage. Terrible customer service. Suspicious practices. Bait and switch insurnace. Would like to be part of a class action Lawsuit when available.
Have full coverage insurance call for a tow at 10am its now 10:30 pm still no tow and 3 different towing companies was dispatched spoke with 6 different agents and for the last one to cancel my tow request and I had to do another order like are you serious they hung the phone up in my face 3xs this company is ridiculous and customer are obviously not important i will be changing insurance
