They gave me a rental car to use while wait to get my car fixed because of a drunk driver and 2 days later revoked the rental. My car was legally parked and now they want to play games. Worst insurance company ever.
I have multiple policies with state farm and haven't had any issues until recently. An agent handled my car insurance policy and at first offered great rates and was very friendly. Once I had signed up with them I got my policy I started receiving high bills that did not match what the agent had told me. I've continued to get high bills with extra charges for the last 5 months. State Farm is not like a good neighbor especially if you been with them for 30 plus years. Only 1 claim now my second one I get turned down by my good neighbor. I have been a good neighbor I paid them $60,000.00 roughly and get nothing to show for it. Please stay away from these agents and insurance company. Treat you bad. Don't call back when they say. For over a year I have been asking the local State farm insurance office and I also called corporate and ask them to take me off the mailing list. They have continued to phone call me, text me, send me emails, and send me postal mail. Corporate assured me I would be off their list and then today I get another mailing from them. I don't know what else to do.....
