THEY SAID I HAD NO CHOICES ABOUT WHERE MY CAR WOULD BE REPAIRED. IT'S THE LAW THAT I CAN CHOOSE. My car was parked in the parking lot at work and a driver insured by State Farm hit my parked vehicle while I was inside the building, doing my job. DO NOT GET INSURANCE WITH STATE FARM. THE SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. WHEN YOU CALL, THEY WILL NOT PUT A MANAGER OR CORPORATE ON THE PHONE AT ALL! THEY WILL NOT RETURN YOUR CALL OR HELP AT ALL! I BROUGHT MY CAR INTO THE SHOP AND THEY MAILED MY CHECK TO THE WRONG ADDRESS SO MY CAR WAS SITTING AT THE SHOP FOR A MONTH WITHOUT BEING SERVICED. THEY TOLD ME THEY CANNOT EXTEND MY INSURANCE TO COVER THE RENTAL ANY LONGER EVEN THOUGH IT WAS THEIR FAULT. NOW I HAVE TO PAY FULL PRICE ON A RENTAL WHEN THE SHOP JUST STARTED ON IT. I was with State Farm many many years . 10+ years. I Have my house , RVs and all vehicles insured and was great for years. But... WARNING don’t make any claims even minuscule claims like a tire change because they will DROP you and there’s nothing you can do about it. If you are unsure about wether to start a claim.. just DONT. You will pay for it later. State Farm is not like a good neighbor LOL. This is the Corkey Gurley Agency in Springfield Oregon.

Dont bother with State Farm, after comparing rates I found that State Farm had been robbing me for nearly twice as much as any other insurance company, I could even get better insurance for half the price from most other places. They screwed around and made ending my policies a headache and I still get bills from them to this day, which they won't stop sending. It's insane, State Farm could go out of business tomorrow and it would be a relief. STAY AWAY.

I think the policy is so wrong. I lost all my food due to the hurricane and had to leave due to not having electricty or water and I have 6month old son. They didnt helpe what so ever because evacuation was not mandatory and not having $500 worth of food. It was mandatory because of my son and my fridge cant even fit that much food. Looking for a new company they are no help. So disappointing??

State Farm is not like a good neighbor especially if you been with them for 30 plus years. Only 1 claim now my second one I get turned down by my good neighbor. I have been a good neighbor I paid them $60,000.00 roughly and get nothing to show for it. Please stay away from these agents and insurance company. Treat you bad. Don't call back when they say. Call you a neglected home owner. Lie to you. And show tv ads that don't reflect their true business sense. Just want your money. Read other reviews they all read like this on... read more
