So I was informed by my call to state farm that I'm at fault for an accident and I'm confused as to how? Let me break it down. The way the accident is said to have happened is not what happened. There was only one semi mentioned in the conversation I had with whomever I had it with when you guys were trying to decipher who was at fault. Once a while they will send their ads to my mailbox. On 9/4 around 10am, I got bombarded 3 emails from State Farm, G**** with a partner M********** * *********. An agent call & text me 4 times about car insurance quotes. According to State Farm site, they claimed we provided our own info but I NEVER provided info about me! How they got my info?! It scary. The next day I did email them telling them remove my info & don't contact me ever again. I will see if that will do anything

State Farm screwed me over. They sent a check for $2500 to reimburse me for an emergency tree removal after a microburst took my tree down and hit two cars. I cashed the check and paid off the $2500 I had put on my credit card for the tree removal. Days later, I discovered I was negative that amount in my checking account. I called to inquire and was told by my bank that State Farm had cancelled the check. Why send it if you’re going to cancel it days later? Now I have to deal with overdraft fees and stress. Do not waste your time with them. We have shingles flying off of our roof every times it’s windy, water is now pouring into my home every time it rains, and they have denied us help. We pay our insurance on time every single month, so this feels like a slap in the face when our roof is causing internal damage to my home and they keep pocketing our money and telling us our roof is fine. We now need to replace our window, vent system, the ceiling so that’s insulation, dry wall, and paint. I will never understand how they can g... read more
