A tree has came down on our structure and we've been giving the runaround on who was going to come and assess the damages we have sent numerous pictures we have did live video camera check they're trying to send all these different outside companies to come look at the damage when our own adjuster hasn't even came I'm not happy with them I will never go with them again as soon as this is taken care of I'm changing my insurance all of my insurance nobody wants to come and look at this but they want to keep sending outside com... read more

Jimmy T******* at state farm in ****** *****is a flat liar!!!!! Completely lied to me over the phone about an extra $89.51 charge because I was quoted wrong. I made a payment after hours in the 12 of August and he writes the policy up and claims it was prepaid on the 17 of August. He told me on the phone that I didn't owe anything while I have a bill in my hand saying I still owe to complete my 6 month policy. Customer service was no help twice. Hopefully the bank will revoke the charge on my debit card in the case of fraud.... read more

I've had auto insurance with this firm since March of 2017 with very few issues, their rates have been decent, around $60 for basic liability. On June 3rd of 2021 I got a new car, and shifted coverage to the new vehicle, having to change address on my account in order to fully have the vehicles title transferred. On June 10th I received my next bill from State Farm for roughly $90 and immediately called the *******... read more

Since March of 2021 I have been actively dealing with fixing a major policy error made by this agent and state farm corporate. My initial homeowners policy was quoted, paid in full by escrow, and then cancelled by state farm erroneously, and escrow payment was returned. This was discovered during the bundling of my auto insurance. Even after realizing their mistake on my homeowner's policy, they misquoted my auto insurance by over 100$ a month. The State Farm home insurance claims department is fraudulent. The roof on my home experienced very clear damage from a strong hail storm. State Farm sent their own "adjuster" to inspect the roof. He noted damage to the small shed shingles and fence, but claimed there was no damage to the main home roof. The shingles on the shed are the exact same shingles on the house. This claim is now in the courts. State Farm is a criminal enterprise and it only exists to rip off customers and make money.
