Claims handling is horrendous! Not your Fault? You'll still pay for it! My car was parked when hit by their insured. Had to leave my car ar a body shop so their adjuster could inspect it. They would not reimburse me for Loss of use for the day I had to leave it at the shop. They said they would only pay me Loss of Use for the number of hours it takes to repair the car. I have had State Farm for all my insurance needs for 20 years. I recently filed a claim on my house for storm damage on May 8th. Everything was going great till I had to have their preferred roofer come out to do an inspection. Some how after their inspection and telling us that our roof had 2 layers and had to be replaced NOT repaired that thing went horribly wrong. First off the roofer never provided a cost estimate so we had to have an insurance adjuster come out which was then decided that State Farm would only replace p... read more

My Name is Mammie * *****,And I want to say that state farm is the WORSE EVER and im about to TAKE THEM TO court and sue them. I took out a policy on my son months before he got sick and was paying my premium.
