This company frauds people out of thier money!! They took money out of my bank account without authorization. You can't get ahold of the them to resolve the problem!!

Reprehensible customer service and complete disregard for ordering and shipping policies stated to customer by phone or online. Dishonest and disrespectful.

My product came in the actual box that its sold in. Therefore there was no protective covering other than what's out in the box for packaging. The heater came with broken pieces fallibg out of a completely opened box. Despicable!!!

I would leave no stars but it doesn't give me that option I was at good standing with Fingerhut until they sent me a twin mattress now it's instead of a full size the Box on the outside full but the mattress and the inside was a twin size they were supposed to send UPS to pick it up they never did they never recorded the call and said that it was too late for them to come and pick it up which I was stuck with a $300 mattress and they expect me to make a payment however I just stop paying Fingerhut because I thought that was ... read more

If I could give NO stars, I would. They don't tell you that they're going to charge your credit card when you sign up for the Blair VIP Plus until you've already submitted your email, additionally, they keep your credit card info on file without an option to do otherwise. Very dishonest and a really nasty way to do business. I will NEVER make another purchase with them again. Figures it's a Fingerhut affiliation, they've been jabbing consumers for years!

I placed an order on 9-18-19. Never received it. Today I spoke to a rep. that said it was lost. She would order at no charge. Of course not. I already paid for it. Git on my bank account and there was another charge. Now I'm expected to pay double. Called again. Another rep says I have to pay again and wait for 7-10 days for the refund. Makes no sense. I already paid for it. So unhappy. Will never order from Blair ever again. It's not my mistake. It's theirs.
