FingerHut is Phishing for credit information. If you have not placed an order, but receive an email about an order, do not answer any personal information questions. They are a fraud company.

On August 24, 2019, I purchased a phone online from Fingerhut. The tracking number that was provided showed that it was delivered but I never received it. On September 7th, 2019, I contacted Fingercut customer service via email because the phone wasn’t delivered so I was unable to call. I never received a proper response for a solution. They have sent me a fake Michael Kors bag then after I paid an exorbitant amount of shipping they wanted me to pay for return shipping. The Puma sneakers I purchased broke in less than 30 days and they refused to do anything about it. I ordered my husband a sweatshirt for $50 for Christmas that turned out to be a $10 sweatshirt from any generic retailer. They have taken money from my bank account without my consent. After being hospitalized for over a month, I call them to explain but was told they couldnt do anything to remove late payment reporting. I pay off half my balance and it took them 2 months to update the information to the bureaus and in he process of updating they changed the credit line amount to half of what it was original so still keeping my utilization at 100% instead of the 30% it should have been. Order a weight bench.. received a dryer. Yeah you read that correctly. Called, was told to return the dryer so I did. Waited for the bench, never came! So I called. Was told to fill out and return an affidavit. Done, waited, nothing. Called again, send an affidavit so I sent it again, waited was told to call the police, the police will not file a report for a proper that was shipped incorrectly ??????? Fingerhut took a 554.00 payment twice. They HAVE. NOT returned my funds. I keep calling and keep getting the run around by reps who dont know their policies. I have occured overdraft fees and fingerhut should be held accountable for these charges. DO NOT buy anything from them. THEY ARE FRAUDS.

False advertising, they show a bed with a futon and a mattress and assume you know know the rest. They charge $110 shipping for an empty frame that has no futon, in addition to charing all but $4.00 so you can't even buy a futon so you can use the frame you just purchased. They say this is to rebuild credit but give you worthless expensive items that you can't even buy the mattress or futon with their credit line because everything is Trippel what it should be priced.
