I ordered a swimsuit from this company, and they said it would be shipped within a 7-10 days. They never shipped the item event though they sent me tracking information. I ordered this for a vacation, and was very disappointing to not have the product in for the vacation. The manager I spoke to at customer service was not at all interested in anything I had to say, decided to give me a $25.00 coupon and call it a day. DO NO PURCHASE FROM HERE

I bought something from Venus, once, and returned it due to low quality, but what is truly frustrating is that even though I always take extreme care not to sign up for email from retail companies, they put me on their list anyway. I've gone through their process to request removal multiple times and made the request via their chat interface 5 or 6 times. They always promise to remove my email but never do. This was first time ever ordering from Venus. I will not make that mistake again. I bought 2 cover ups and 1 maxi dress. The 2 cover ups are super sheer like saran wrap. The maxi dress was not flattering at all. I sent back the items and they charged me 4.95 for shipping and 6.95 for a return label fee? Isn't this the cost of doing business? I will never order from them again.

My wife has shopped with Venus for many years and has always liked their clothing. I have also spent a good amount of money with Venus to purchase items from Venus for my wife. Recently, my wife made a purchase and returned a few items which I expect is fairly common with women's online clothing companies (if there is an incorrect size, etc.). I placed an order for $224 (4 dresses total in 2 different colors and 2 sizes) and received it quickly. Since the material was scratchy, I didn't keep any and returned my whole order using $6.95 prepaid label. I've just received my refund and it is $212.10, which isn't what it's supposed to be. They sent me a post card for my birthday stating $15.00 off total purchase. All the fine print on the card indicated was if it was used with the Venus credit card. I placed and order and the website stated the promo code was applied. After the transaction the $15.00 was not taken off. I waited until my item shipped to see if I was charged the full price. I ordered a white skirt along with some swimwear. When I received the order in the mail, not only did they neglect to send the skirt. Instead they sent me a white blazer I didn't even order in a size that was two sizes too big. Very disappointed that they can't even seem to get a simple order right.

Ordered clothing mid july never received them Called venus they said that the tracking dept was looking into to the matter I asked for a refund it's now September no refund I'm in canada not China Will never buy from them again and never refer to friends

Buyer Beware: They have the worst costumer service. I placed and order on 06/15/17 and I got a confirmation email on the 16th stating that my items had shipped and would arrive today 06/23/17. When I checked the status again earlier it stated that the package was rescheduled for 06/26/17. When I called Venus to find out what was going on, that's when they completely dropped the ball and made the situation even worse.
