Unable to help me by investigating a missing return. Initially stated that because I printed a return shipping label from their website that they should have a record of the return shipping... however apparently their is a flaw in their system and they are unable to locate any record of the shipping label. Continue to ask me for a receipt of paid postage even though I did NOT pay postage and have made this clear. Multiple phone calls and emails later I give up. Paying off my balance and closing my account.
One star is too many. This company is not up to standards with the American Disability Act. If you or a loved one has trouble hearing they are NOT helpful and insist the person who can't hear verbally verify what they say over the phone.
Purchased a shirt through the Blair.com website..Item #BLB15428. Tropical shirt..Online it shows it as a shirt with a matching tank top. There is no where in the description that states the tank top is sold separately or not included. When I received my order there was no tank top. Customer service admitted this but would do nothing to resolve the issue..I had to pay an additional $9.99 to return the shirt. This is deceptive advertising. Shirt is being returned and I will never deal with this company again.

My 94 year old mother ordered some sheets from Haband on 6/4/2019. Her check was cashed on 6/10. She never received the sheets. Mom does not have a credit card. My mother wrote them a letter during the week of 6/24/019. I called their 800 number the same week. They would not talk to me without mom being present even though I was on all her banking and that she could not hear them. We called them again on 7/26/2019, this time from mom's house. Fingerhut is a RIP-OFF they're overcharging you for products, DOUBLE DIPPING on interest rates (WHY) they're sayin bc you have a balance on your account (DUH) this is stupid (WHAT) they're not going to give you your money back, I canceled my account all together don't want nothing to do with Fingerhut, from what people are sayin that they're not even acknowledging or permanently closing out your account, I will let the account sit idle for 5 or 6 months then they will close the account on their own bc of no activities, peopl... read more
Just placed my first order with Blair and discovered that the amount of Sales Tax is never disclosed. They "estimate" a tax but nowhere are you told the actual amount. Even after the order is placed the tax that appears on the confirmation is still an estimate. I have no idea when you are informed of actual tax, Upon calling them, I find that I am being taxed on items that are not taxable in Massachusetts. One of the items I ordered never arrived after a couple of weeks passed I reached out via email to Fingerhut and after a little back and forth they shipped a replacement for the item and refunded my account for the item since I had waited for almost a month and it was meant to be a gift for someone. Their customer service is excellent and I'm happy I opened up an account with this company and actually utilized it.
they can't seem to close the account. it's been over 2 months since I requested the account closed through their email system. they said the credit account was closed. I called to request the account itself be deleted - no ability to access under my email/password. they said that would happen. still able to log-in, and the account still shows available credit. even when you call, the automated system says the credit account is open and available.
