They cancelled my credit with no purchases ever made. I talked to customer service and they won’t tell me why. I have never used my credit since I got the credit. It was unfair and they told me they can keep my information for at least 4 years. I’m so upset with this and this affects my credit score. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had with retailers.

I recently decided to use Fingerhut to order an item for my sons’ room and when I went online, I found the bed that I was interested in and placed it in my cart and proceeded to checkout. they were offering a promo code for free shipping so I keyed in the code and it took the shipping off on the item I was purchasing so I thought all was god to go and when I went to place the order it said system error and to call customer service! which I did and they proceeded to tell me that Free shipping did not apply on that item but ye... read more

I placed an order 30 days ago. It got canceled. I have been trying to get a refund of my $30 I payed them every since. All I want is my money back. Every time I call I get told something different. They tell me I will get it on my original method of payment in 3-5 days. Then they tell me it will be on a check in 7-14 days. Then they tell me it will take 30 days to process. Like I said its been a month and I still don't have my money. I want my money back. The most dishonest company I've ever dealt with.

They are the worst company ever ! I ordered a pool cover on the 5th of March 2020 and it said that the delivery would be 7 to 14 days ok no problem then I got a eat. delivery date of the 13th then it moved to the 18th then the 20th came around and I called back to customer service and asked what was going on because now it was saying no estimated delivery date! I have a fingerhut account for 3years never missed one single late payment not 1 late payment the whole time always early are on time until jan 1st 2020 my mom about died was told she had a 1% chance to make it thru the night that she was the sickest person in the entire hospital and was about to die well that god she made it but now that she is hone she has all these hospital Bill's I had to help her pay because they are so much they would have lost there home and I missed my payments they wouldn't even work with me on payi... read more

This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with!! My husband ordered a pair of boots and never received them. When he called customer service about this, he was told they would send him another pair. We received the second pair, but were charged for two pairs of boots instead of making it right. My husband tried multiple times to get this straightened out, but the customer service is horrible and could never get this resolved. Beware they will charge you for items you don’t receive!!

Fingerhut has turned into a total fraud scam to collect late fees and put false claims in to ding your credit. I have been on automatic payments since 2016 and in Jan 2020 they claim they could not gain access to my account to get a payment. They claim the have called me but they have not. I requested my account be closed 2 times and it's still open. I paid my balance off and all of sudden they are accessing my bank account that they said they were denied access. Called Fingerhut to inquire why my early monthly payments are not credited to the monthly payment. I was told to make my payments on the date due but not before....this makes no sense to me. Also could barely understand the reps I spoke with; one supposedly a supervisor who told me she could not help me and that my complaint would be forwarded to someone who could...with a waiting period of weeks for a reply.

Lookout! These businesses are a scam... Gettington/fingerhut...do not order from them! they work with a rebate company called status-now.com they are also a scam! rebates advertised in their catalogs will not be fulfilled And Gettington would not back up what they advertise... i'd rate 0 stars but it will not let me... BBB needs to lower that rating obviously...
