I ordered a jacket and paid the 41.00 dollars via check and mailed it. A month later I received another bill for 29.00 dollars ?? I call customer service and they tell me it is a late charge fee. What ?? First of all , who charges such outlandish late charge fees ? It was almost the price of the jacket. Plus, my payment was sent on time. I have ordered a few times from this site. It's hit or miss. The last 2 dresses that I received were horrible-poor quality materials. I wasn't expecting outstanding by any means, but for 60 bucks for one dress, I was hoping for more than I got. Also, when I returned both, I got the same extra charge ($4.95) plus the fee for the return label I used. Do not order from this company. They never sent me the white skirt I ordered. I got a white jacket sent to me instead that was way too big.

I shop with Venus about every other month. I travel a lot so it makes my life easier. Price to quality is good. I have never had an issue with anything Venus and I've been shopping with them for a couple of years.

I am a regular customer of Venus (online shopping). My shipments come in when expected. The clothes look in person just as they do in the ads. I've never had one ioata of a problem with returns. There are many scamming sites out there. Venus is not one of them. Tamara **

I placed an order with Venus and selected two-day shipping. On Wednesday, I had yet to receive shipping confirmation, which resulted in me calling to inquire on the status of my order. The first rep I spoke to advised that there was an issue with my "shipping address" that needed to be verified She stated that they sent me an email to verify, however, the only email I've received is the initial order confirmation. I have purchased many items with Venus to give them the benefit of the doubt. However, I have had maybe one good experience. Multiple times I have received the wrong product than what I ordered. The exchange/refund process is miserable. When I exchanged my item I was refunded my amount less the shipping, then charged for a whole new item. If it is an exchange then I shouldn't have been charged at all as it is an even swap. Never Order anything from Venus! They have horrible customer service and their quality is horrible! Make sure you don’t want your clothes anytime soon bc they will tell you it will be there in a few days but it doesn’t and they don’t contact you in any way to tell you it’s not coming and they give you the run around if you try to find out or your items just won’t show up at all!

Ive been with venus for awhile, never once had an issue with shipping, returning items and refunds. A simple call or email and the issue was resolved. Love there products and my wife does as well. Will continue to shop with them.
