They canceled one of my orders say the warehouse was out of stock. It was for my daughter and for Christmas am on disability and can not go out to shop and the phone rep told me theres nothing that she can do now my daughter has to wait until after Christmas when I get my check on the 3rd to get Christmas

Placed two separate orders. One arrived liked planned. The other was magically sent to another state. Only way to fix is with an affidavit. Takes min of 3 weeks yet I still have to pay for my item I never received and never will due to it not being in stock. Great customer service, not.

I ordered a few things using my credit limit that they told me to use before a certain date. They took my down payment for the items. After a few weeks, I didn't receive them, so I checked on the order and it still said that it was pending. I called customer service and they said that my credit limit expired 2 weeks before the date they previously told me. They "manage" companies to scam people. NASTY customer service. Faulty website - I have placed orders for some clothing items with TWO of their companies (Haband and Blair) in my own size, and they BOTH sent everything in two sizes too big, and are refusing a return unless **I** pay for shipping now. THEY sent me what THEY chose, not what I asked for. They completely prove that when something looks too good to be true, IT IS! First and last time I shop with these folks. This company is one that you should DEFINITELY avoid at all costs. I have been a customer of theirs for several years, and recently decided to pay off and close my account. On 10/29 sent them full payment of $1584.55 on account, attached with a request to payoff and close. Two weeks later they stated they never received check, so I stopped payment and sent another check for $1584.55 on 11/15 (confirming address, etc). Ordered a cell phone, returned it unopened. Fingerhut charged me. Said they hadn't received the phone. Now they would like to settle for 288 after ruining my credit. Um, on principle, No you will not extort me for three hundred dollars, sheisters!

Horrible customer service. Fingerhut does not even exist any longer and and was bought out again for the 5th time by another company dba as Fingerhut. They have outsourced the call centers ( sent them overseas) and they do not know how to assist outside of their script. When you ask for a supervisor they state that you might get one or you might not get one. They tell you to leave a detailed message and they will get back with you. Is THAT customer service.
