I have ordered from Blair for years and have NEVER had a problem. I've called customer service and had prompt courteous service. The quality of their products is just about what you can expect for the price you pay. I'm very pleased to be a satisfied customer and NO I have NOT been paid for this review.
Ordered 2 items and returned them within the return period. Now Fingerhut is sending a bill for nearly $200 to collections. Thieves!
Placed an order and did not receive two items that I ordered. Have gone rounds with customer service and was told that I need to send an Affadavit for credit on the items i didn't receive but in the meantime they placed another order for the two items. I will not be ordering from them again. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Do not want to leave any star rating but can't submit review with out it
This company takes advantage of consumers looking to build their credit. They have no customer service respect. They took my initial $30 start fee and messed with it for 3 1/2 months before sending me my order. Then the told me I didnt qualify for the Fresh Start Program even though I paid my bill in full. DO NOT fall for this companies schemes.
I placed a purchase on their website. I just opened a charge card with them. The next day they cancelled my order. "A hold was put on your account". But they still charged the $30 deposit. After a phone call I was told the hold was removed. I was told I would not have to pay another deposit. I wait until the next day to check, but 2 payments posted to my account. I placed an order back on 10/25/19 for a cellphone. I received the item a couple of weeks later, but the phone arrived with a dented box and cracked screen. I returned the item per Fingerhut instructions with the postage provided by Fingerhut. On 11/10/19, I received an email stating Fingerhut had received my return and would process it within 2-3days. I ordered a mattress from here. NEVER AGAIN will I order ANOTHER item from here. When we ordered the Sealy Posturpedic mattress, we figured it was a FIRM mattress. Slept on it less than a week, and BOTH my husband and I started having back problems. I think they use shady advertising. Click Bait emails to lure them in. With a higher credit amount. Then once they apply so sorry 250 is all you get. Now go buy something you don't want over and over till we increased your limit. In other words., Make us richer while we make you feel like you can't retire anymore because he used all his money trying to buy a phone.
