fantastic Dave Munoz has a very warm and genuine personality, which made our experience pleasant and stress free. There is not much room to negotiate on a lease. The financial paperwork took a longer wait than expected and then we had to come back to sign missed paperwork, however the person doing the financial paperwork was quite professional. Nice Experience Daniel is aware of a person's preferences in cars, and strives to give them the best. Final paperwork went quickly, and was professional with an amount of personal interaction, so it wasn't too cold.

Excellent Service Cody was great he listened to what I had to say was very efficient and had a great sense of humor. I have purshased all of my Toyota's from Universal Toyota but there customer service has gone down. I will now call Alamo Toyota my new home.
