Vancouver Toyota What A joke! Cant believe this outfit. It has completely went down hill in the last several years. They used to have outstanding customer service and technical skills. Brought my Toyota corolla in to have service and I will never again bring it back. You guys lost a valuable customer.

always the best I love the people who work here. No matter who helping me, they are always very nice and truly helpful. I have always had them service my car, and I trust them. The price to have work done there is very competitive with others in town. My husband took my car to another place one time, and I made him promise he would never do it again. I really liked the comfort of the wait, and knowing the work would be done in a timely manner.
Above and beyond type of service. Just wanted to thank Vancouver Toyota for the hassle free trip service on my car yesterday. Wait time was kept to a minimum, the cost was as indicated and Emily kept me informed and treated me as a valued customer not as someone getting in the way or asking too many questions as I??ve been treated at other places. Truly exceptional. Best dealership! I enjoyed the pleasant attitude of all the employees. Everyone is kind and helpful and so far honest in what they do and say. Jason was fantastic-making sure both my questions, and my wife's questions, were answered-that all our concerns were addressed, and making sure that we were aware of even the smallest details.

When we were looking for a travel trailer, we spoke to Robert Doyle, who really took time to listen to what we were looking for and show us what in his inventory might meet our needs.
