Highly recommend Bill and Colonial Toyota Bill is an extremely knowledgeable and helpful associate. He's an expert who can guide you through the process of buying a car. I have yet to meet another sales person who has a more extensive knowledge of the cars they are selling.

Beatiful Facility, Nice Staff I asked for a a price quote at colonialtoyotact.com and surprisingly got a response within an hour. I asked a few other dealers for a price quote and the only dealer that respnonded within a reasonable time was Colonial. I dealt with John who made the whole experience seamless and easy, I actually had fun during the experience! What a nice staff, a beautiful facility, what more can I say. I was happy with the deal I got and the treatment. I will recommend them to my friends and family.

superior experience at Colonial toyota I had a superior experience at Colonial toyota recently, I purchased a used 2010 camry. My credit is a little shaky but Colonial was able to work everything out. The finance manager helped me get my payments setup and explained everything and did really well. There was a minor problem with the interior lights. I sent my car to the service center and Greg hooked it up. This is my second vehicle from Colonial Toyota!

Overpriced I received good service here and a free car wash, but the prices were way too high and I don't think they did anything extra special to warrant that. I know it's important to take your Toyota to the dealership, but find someone you trust.
BEWARE OF SCAMMERS at TOYOTA OF RICHARDSON Wednesday, July 11, 2012 -- I stop by after work to see if they had a Scion FRS and sure enough they did. Spoke with Sam Mansfield, Scion Sales Manager. Nice guy, but not very knowledgeable about their products, especially the technology aspects of the Toyota and Scion. Strange, considering he was a manager.
