Professional and Accommodating I have been taking my 2006 Toyota Camry to Colonial Toyota service center for five years. We like the professional service, reasonable prices and waiting room with food and internet.
Colonial Toyota is the place to buy There is a dealership closer to my home, but I like Colonial Toyota. I may go the extra miles anyway. On the whole, I felt like a received a fair price and one where we did not have to haggle. I appreciated that a lot. I knew my "stuff" and they knew theirs. Not only can he assist in locating the right vehicle for you, but he adds those intangible bits that may be a deciding factor. hmatsumoto Itâs a nice store that has good selection, I bought my last two cars from here an never had a problem. The people are professional, with the occasional Saturday noise, but most importantly they also had a like-new Prius for an unbelievable price, but I thought I should live within my means and am happy with my brand new Yaris.

Horrible Service Horrible, horrible service. Excuses left and right. Empty promises. You have to constantly remind them of what they had promised you. When I asked them why my deposit for the car rental wasn't refund yet, they said, "oh..we just forgot."
BEWARE OF SCAMMERS at TOYOTA OF RICHARDSON Wednesday, July 11, 2012 -- I stop by after work to see if they had a Scion FRS and sure enough they did. Spoke with Sam Mansfield, Scion Sales Manager. Nice guy, but not very knowledgeable about their products, especially the technology aspects of the Toyota and Scion. Strange, considering he was a manager.
