Excellent! The lady I talked with on the phone to make the appointment was very pleasant. Also the service person actually saved me money by having some of what i thought I needed to be done checked by the mechanic first. As it turned out, I didn't need this work done so I was informed of this which was great. It was obvious that the customer was more important than profit which in this economy is noteworthy.
Honest and friendly! The staff is all very friendly and very accommodating! They listened to me and the requested instructions were followed for the service. It could not have been better.
Excellent service! Overall, service was excellent! I missed my appointment by a couple of hour and the service rep was very helpful in trying to fit me in. I didn't have to wait as long as I thought.
