I was happy My maintenance appointment was on time, I was reminded of a couple recalls that I had not seen to yet that would take a couple extra hours so the shuttle service drove me home, picked me up when service was completed to collect my vehicle. Great experience.
Appreciate it We appreciate how easy they made the buying process! We weren't sitting there all day waiting for approval. The salesman and finance person were friendly and not overbearing. We were greeted several times by other employees passing through.
Impressed I love Vancouver Toyota, and I know I can trust them when they tell me something is up. I have a 4 runner and know my way around under the hood. I appreciate when they tell me things like 'you can probably do this yourself', or 'you've got a while before this needs fixed' unlike so many other places I've been to. No scare tactics here trying to force you into expensive repairs that are unnecessary. Great Our 2006 Hylander Hybrid needed a routine oil change. I had a coupon from Dick Hannah Toyota and Vancouver Toyota matched it saving me a trip to Longview. Oil change was completed and a clean bill of health was given along with a car wash coupon for later because it was raining out. The lobby was very comfortable and the mocha machine was a treat. I'll definitely be back.

I would definitely recommend I recently went in to get my car serviced. I didn't wait longer than 10min they are really fast with helping and getting work done. I was assisted by Jaime. G. and I couldn't be more thankful, he was very helpful and understanding. He gave options and great advice on certain plans I could take. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs car service or wanting to buy a new car.
Excellent I worked with Gavin, Mike and Jaime and all of them were amazing. Jaime was my car consultant and he kept me updated on what was found and what needed to be done super, friendly, competent and kind. All the people I spoke with that day were super fun and kind oh and I almost forgot Les who could never be forgotten. What a super sweet funny guy excellent driver and so fun.
