NO STARS - THE WORST We called to inquire about a vehicle. We were told it was in stock. Made an appt. to come in and see it. Called 3 more times for info on the car DROVE IN FROM MANHATTAN, CAR WAS SOLD YESTERDAY. THEY BARELY APOLOGIZED, EXPLAINED IT WAS A MISTAKE WORST SERVICE EVER
Pleasant Experience We recently purchased a car from Frontier Toyota. We were extremely pleased with the customer service. They were very pleasant even while we remained firm on our price. Subsequently, we have been very pleased with their service dept. as well.
BEWARE !!! I brought my Highlander in on Saturday morning to be fixed for air conditioning problem, was quoted a general quote of $250.00. It was suppose to be done on Monday. I called Monday afternoon to find out what time I could pick it up. I was told not only would it not be ready but it would cost $825.00 + and probably $1650.00 because the air conditioning might have damaged something else~don't remember exactly what. False Advertising - Deceitful! I went online the other day www.toyota.com to search Certified Pre-Owned vehicles. Saw a 2007 Toyota Camry 4dr Sedan SE for $13,489 w/ 27,218 miles and was extremely excited considering I was in a 3 car collision and my Paid Off Toyota Camry was totaled out! I called in and asked if they still had it and the salesperson Dan told me yes. Great Service and Friendly Staff I have purchase several cars from Frontier Toyota and have had a great experience. You can't get a better car than a Toyota in my opinion and it's nice to shop locally. They also just completed a parking structure on their lot and now have all of the cars in one location - a big plus because the inventory is huge. PROS: Close to home, good service CONS: Service prices are higher than what I find in the valley at Hamer
Factory Approved Parts We purchased one of our cars from Frontier Toyota and it was a good experience. We were actually fortunate to purchase one of the very low price new cars advertised in the newspaper. (I used to think no one actually got one of those low price cars because they are always gone when you ask.) Anyway, we have also had repairs done at Frontier and we buy oil filters, air filters and windshield wiper blades from their parts department. Frontier Toyota is a shady and unprofessional dealership Horrible experience be advised to stay away at all costs! An agreement in writing via email was established and confirmed, when I got there they said it was a mistake and refused to honor the deal. I am working with the BBB and a lawyer so that others don't go through this experience. Don't waste your time with this place, crooks.
They lie!! On 5/9/14, my girlfriend and I arrived at dry ridge Toyota after a 3 1/2 drive from Tennessee to see about a FJ Cruiser that was advertised on the internet. The sales person was named Gabe and he was nice at first but soon found out he was very deceitful. Test drove the car but had rust underneath side of the car. They brushed it off as a metal flaw which is on most 2007 models. After giving them $2,000 cash as a down payment and drove back to Tennessee to get financing.
