Good deal During our recent visit, every person we came in contact with was friendly and helpful. Also, we had several choices regarding levels of service and at no time felt pressured to make a particular choice. Bano was fantastic! He listened to my needs and was able to help me get a good deal on my new truck!
Overall Impressed What a pleasant experience. I was greeted at my car. I was escorted to a service team member. Then I was escorted to the waiting are. I came in for my headlights to be adjusted after buying new ones. Shortly after my team member came and got me and stated that the technician could not find anything wrong. Always! Always willing to listen and follow through. Offer of overnight rental free due to recall in addition to servicing. This was very helpful. Always comfortable and inviting. I understand the new building will be ready the next time I visit. That will be even better. Everything always done up properly and according to a check Toyota list.

Perfect I only needed an oil change but still received outstanding service. Tom Orohood is a true professional and an all-around nice guy. He explains everything in terms you can understand and reviews the completed service with you. The coffee is pretty darned good too!
