Friendly I really liked the serviceman that checked me in and out. Very friendly and courteous!
Friendly Had to bring in my Toyota for an air bag recall so decided to schedule an oil change. Customer service was friendly and service was done in a timely manner with recommendations on other services I should do due to my mileage and wear and tear. No pressure or hassle on the recommendations. Will bring my Toyota back here for future services.

Great Our 2006 Hylander Hybrid needed a routine oil change. I had a coupon from Dick Hannah Toyota and Vancouver Toyota matched it saving me a trip to Longview. Oil change was completed and a clean bill of health was given along with a car wash coupon for later because it was raining out. The lobby was very comfortable and the mocha machine was a treat. I'll definitely be back.
