Great Experience Dropped vehicle off shortly after 7:00 am and they had it ready by approximately 9:00 am. That included replacing a defective battery and completing 6 month check up without an appointment.

Sleazy new car purchase experience I called the salesman and asked if they would agree to $500 over invoice, and they would show me the invoice. He verified that his manager had approved the deal. When I got there, the salesman showed me a bogus hand made sheet showing approximately $2,000.00 in fabricated charges. When I confronted them, they finally produced the actual invoice which verified that they lied to me and tried to cheat me. Excellent Treatment Excellent, Johnny was very friendly and helpful showing us the truck. We told him we needed to look at some other trucks and could he hold the Tacoma for a couple days and he agreed saying it was not a problem. We did look around but came back because we felt more comfortable with Johnny and Oak Lawn Toyota. Thanks for the good experience.
Happy Customer Needed front brakes and was able to make an evening appointment. Got out of work early and dropped my car off an hour ahead of my scheduled appointment. They were able to get to it and was in and out in no time!
Very Nice Dominik Gibek and John Carnivele were very professional during the purchase of our 2012 Lexus. They answered every question, expertly demonstrated the vehicle, and exemplified a "whatever it takes" attitude that the other dealerships we visited during our search for a new vehicle lacked. All in all, the purchase and delivery experience at Oak Lawn Toyota was excellent - and the car is very nice too!
Scam Watch these guys like hawks. They'll give you a privacy notice and tell you that they sell your information - but there's no check box to opt out. You must write it on the form. They'll also demand personal information and when you challenge them on that, they'll claim its federal law that you provide it.
