Great I took my car in to have a diagnostic test done to verify the reasons for it failing the emissions test at DEQ. Everyone was so nice, they took the time to make sure I knew exactly what was happening with my car, and what my car needs to have repaired so it will pass DEQ. I feel so good about having just one person to help me through this process from beginning to end that makes it so much easier for all of us. Great Experience Set up service via internet. Arrived at the agreed upon time and all service work was performed in a reasonable time while I waited. The waiting room was comfortable with a free coffee machine. Overall a good experience.
