Great! We are long time Vancouver Toyota (13yrs) and we always have great service by great people. My husband was bringing in our van off for the Black Friday oil change special, which includes vacuum and wash. They also washed and vacuumed my Prius, while I was waiting for the van to arrive. Excellent I worked with Gavin, Mike and Jaime and all of them were amazing. Jaime was my car consultant and he kept me updated on what was found and what needed to be done super, friendly, competent and kind. All the people I spoke with that day were super fun and kind oh and I almost forgot Les who could never be forgotten. What a super sweet funny guy excellent driver and so fun. Appreciate it We appreciate how easy they made the buying process! We weren't sitting there all day waiting for approval. The salesman and finance person were friendly and not overbearing. We were greeted several times by other employees passing through.
