Convenient car buy The entire process was done on email. Very convenient, delivered the car and price we negotiated. We had a bad experience at Gladstone Toyorta they lied to us just to the lot. We were more than happy with McCord's Vancouver Toyota. The sliding door window rubber seal needed to be replaced.

Thank you! I love that Mr. Cornelius is employed at Vancouver, I met Mr. Cornelius two years ago and I purchased a 1992 Landcruiser from him off of Craigslist. Upon meeting, he showed me his collection of Toyota vehicles, 13 in his family, he bought several from Ron Tonkin and purchases numerous parts from them as well. I explained where I worked and what I did giving him and his wife a business card and asked for the opportunity to earn their business on the next vehicle. My son and I were happy! I sent my 18 year old son to schedule a maintenance appointment, arrange shuttle transport to work, discuss maintenance issues and coordinate pick up of the vehicle. Vancouver Toyota treated him with respect, didn't pressure him to purchase other services, and got him to work on time. Great experience for my son. Thank you Vancouver Toyota!
Service was phenomenal At this dealership they are really nice people who try very hard to provide a welcoming atmosphere to their customers. The service writer, who was clearly working on something else when I walked in, noticed me and helped me right away.
Great I took my car in to have a diagnostic test done to verify the reasons for it failing the emissions test at DEQ. Everyone was so nice, they took the time to make sure I knew exactly what was happening with my car, and what my car needs to have repaired so it will pass DEQ. I feel so good about having just one person to help me through this process from beginning to end that makes it so much easier for all of us.
