Convenient car buy The entire process was done on email. Very convenient, delivered the car and price we negotiated. We had a bad experience at Gladstone Toyorta they lied to us just to the lot. We were more than happy with McCord's Vancouver Toyota. The sliding door window rubber seal needed to be replaced.
Informed All maintenance was explained and Kristin took the time to explain everything. She made sure to keep me informed and looked for ways to save me money.
Service was phenomenal At this dealership they are really nice people who try very hard to provide a welcoming atmosphere to their customers. The service writer, who was clearly working on something else when I walked in, noticed me and helped me right away.
I would definitely recommend I recently went in to get my car serviced. I didn't wait longer than 10min they are really fast with helping and getting work done. I was assisted by Jaime. G. and I couldn't be more thankful, he was very helpful and understanding. He gave options and great advice on certain plans I could take. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs car service or wanting to buy a new car.
Polite Deanna in internet sales was great. The salesman was polite and very knowledgeable ( Sayed Hassanein) and the rest the staff worked well together and with us.
