Fantastic Staff Jeff Hawkes displayed outstanding proffessionalism. Recommended what needed to be done, and what was not needed due to my prior service. Did not try to push me into unnessessary service which I really appreciated. The only thing I did not care for was the wait time for the work I was having done.
Great Dealership John was professional, understanding of our needs and timeframe. He will be the only salesperson to sale us Toyota's moving forward. We plan to purchase Tundras for our company trucks. Nicest of the 4 dealerships we visited in our area. So far everything is great More water. Seemed like they didn't have any refreshments or bottled water and it was 100 degrees out. John did purchase refreshments for us.

Comfortable and friendly Continue to provide competitive prices that will allow us to make the best choice according to ones budget. we have dealt with Alamo Toyota in the past approximately 20 years ago and they continue to have good customer service. we shopped for our elderly parents and some of them require extra care and help understanding the paper work maybe a little more patience with them.
Beyond Excellent!!! David Garcia was very polite, attentive and respectful. Rather than placing me off in some office I was sitting in a comfortable waiting area able to read available magazines. The sell for the additional warranty was straight forward and non threatening Very, very nice facility!! Keep providing exceptional service.
Highly Recommend I drove 3 1/2 hours to San Antonio to look at a used certified vehicle (which family members found prior to my visit) but left with a NEW car.
