wonderful Randy Hughes took his time to answer all questions and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. An outstanding employee. Even after we bought the vehicle, he continued to assist us.
Fantastic Staff Jeff Hawkes displayed outstanding proffessionalism. Recommended what needed to be done, and what was not needed due to my prior service. Did not try to push me into unnessessary service which I really appreciated. The only thing I did not care for was the wait time for the work I was having done.
Great Dealership John was professional, understanding of our needs and timeframe. He will be the only salesperson to sale us Toyota's moving forward. We plan to purchase Tundras for our company trucks. Nicest of the 4 dealerships we visited in our area. So far everything is great More water. Seemed like they didn't have any refreshments or bottled water and it was 100 degrees out. John did purchase refreshments for us.

Beyond Excellent!!! David Garcia was very polite, attentive and respectful. Rather than placing me off in some office I was sitting in a comfortable waiting area able to read available magazines. The sell for the additional warranty was straight forward and non threatening Very, very nice facility!! Keep providing exceptional service.
Highly Recommend I drove 3 1/2 hours to San Antonio to look at a used certified vehicle (which family members found prior to my visit) but left with a NEW car. Excellent Service Cody was great he listened to what I had to say was very efficient and had a great sense of humor. I have purshased all of my Toyota's from Universal Toyota but there customer service has gone down. I will now call Alamo Toyota my new home.
