Priced Right All the people I dealt with were friendly, efficient, and the service was done quickly and priced right.

wonderful Friendly people! Our contact, Mike, quickly understood what was to be done. He also went over and above in getting us a loaner car. My wife, who is somewhat handicapped, had another appointment, and we had no other transportation. We had not planned for our car to be tied up all day. It was a wonderful gesture from Mike and the dealership.
Great! We are long time Vancouver Toyota (13yrs) and we always have great service by great people. My husband was bringing in our van off for the Black Friday oil change special, which includes vacuum and wash. They also washed and vacuumed my Prius, while I was waiting for the van to arrive. Well informed The work was done right and on time. The car was returned clean and ready to go, and everyone was very nice. It just works. Staff kept me well informed on the progress of the repair and facilitated my car rental.
Great Place I love Vancouver Toyota! The fireplace, the comfy chairs, the free hot chocolate! And especially the free Wi-Fi. I had a business meeting while waiting for my oil change yesterday and it was great. Like a little spa retreat from the office!

My son and I were happy! I sent my 18 year old son to schedule a maintenance appointment, arrange shuttle transport to work, discuss maintenance issues and coordinate pick up of the vehicle. Vancouver Toyota treated him with respect, didn't pressure him to purchase other services, and got him to work on time. Great experience for my son. Thank you Vancouver Toyota!
