Excellent Treatment John Cortez did not push, but rather let us make our own decisions. We ended up with a more feature-laden vehicle than anticipated, but that was a function of our decision making process, not his. We went through USAA so had a discount already determined except on our trade-in. Because we had the USAA estimate on our car, it was very easy to reach agreement on that as well. Best Buying Experience Joe was very knowledgeable, personable, and helpful in making us feel at ease with purchasing our first new vehicle. Great Impression I bought my first Toyota 5 years ago from Mr. Nealy and vowed that if I were to ever buy another one I would go to him because he worked hard getting me in the vehicle i wanted.
