Professional and Accommodating I have been taking my 2006 Toyota Camry to Colonial Toyota service center for five years. We like the professional service, reasonable prices and waiting room with food and internet.
Five Star Customer Service I e-mailed a lot of dealerships for pricing for the Prius III I got the best and quickest response back from Colonial Toyota so that's 2 stars right there. Then when I came in for my appointment, they offered me refreshments and time to look at all their Prius by myself, another star for relaxation. Sales team at Colonial Toyota was great to work with and definitely went that extra mile to take my trade-in for the price I was hoping. Tony was careful to bring the right used car appraiser to look at my car and with that the sales process was speedy. I recommend this dealership if you want a respectful experience Our salesman was Sean, and he was good. I told him what we were looking to spend and he showed us only the cars that were in our price range without making us feel like dirt. He didn't try to talk us into buying a more expensive car and when I saw the Yaris I wanted, he immediately searched his inventory for one that I can actually afford. He detailed the car for us and I must say I am so pleased with my purchase and very impressed with their service.
Truly a No Hassle Experience I am always amazed at the depth of Michaels knowledge about Toyota cars. Not only can he assist in locating the right vehicle for you, but he adds those intangible bits that may be a deciding factor. First Class Treatment the people i worked with in purchasing my pickup were vary professional and took the stress out of my purchase. this is the secoand new vehicle i purchase there. they made me feel comfortable and at ease during the process. nothing but first class treatment.
Great Service Department and Staff Associates were friendly just love the shuttle service at Colonial Toyota offered and provided while my Toyota was being serviced! I am also involved with customer service so I know what it feels like. Its best to put excellent front line people because those are the first people you meet when you enter .
