car repairs We really enjoy taking our cars in for the necessary repairs and check ups. The waiting room has food and drink and computer access if you bring your laptop. They make sure your every need is met. A happy group of people who want your business.
Horrible Service Horrible, horrible service. Excuses left and right. Empty promises. You have to constantly remind them of what they had promised you. When I asked them why my deposit for the car rental wasn't refund yet, they said, "oh..we just forgot."
Overpriced I received good service here and a free car wash, but the prices were way too high and I don't think they did anything extra special to warrant that. I know it's important to take your Toyota to the dealership, but find someone you trust.
As Car Dealers Go ... Very Good Customer Follow-up We have purchased a vehile recently from this location. We were very impressed with their customer care & follow through. We were looking for a 'hard to find' vehicle & received phone calls when the vehile was available on the lot. We were very impressed with the follow-up after we had made our purchase. suspicious I used to get my oil changed here and was generally satisfied but on occasion I was charged extra because they "fixed" something that I hadn't asked for, wasn't aware was broken, and couldn't see a difference after. Maybe it really was preventative but I don't know.
Ourisman Fairfax Toyota (right next to Denny's) My wife and I have been having our two cars serviced here for the last 9 years and have been pleased. I would recommend Ourisman Fairfax Toyota for maintaining your vehicle.

FRAUD Here is my experience with this place. Be very careful!!! I had been dealing with Loyd Aler, internet sales guy at Carson Toyota & Scion. After several back and forth emails, we agreed on the price. I had asked him to send me a quote for a particular car in writing. He did. So now I have a car description, VIN number of the car and quote in writing in my hands. Review I first went in here not knowing a clue what to do. The sales rep Chili helped me tremendously. I came in here as a First Time buyer with a price that actually wasn't realistic. He helped me understand what I needed to pay and helped me find a great price on my new car. I will definitely come here agtain and bring all my relatives and friends
