Always! Always willing to listen and follow through. Offer of overnight rental free due to recall in addition to servicing. This was very helpful. Always comfortable and inviting. I understand the new building will be ready the next time I visit. That will be even better. Everything always done up properly and according to a check Toyota list.

Convenient car buy The entire process was done on email. Very convenient, delivered the car and price we negotiated. We had a bad experience at Gladstone Toyorta they lied to us just to the lot. We were more than happy with McCord's Vancouver Toyota. The sliding door window rubber seal needed to be replaced.
