car repairs We really enjoy taking our cars in for the necessary repairs and check ups. The waiting room has food and drink and computer access if you bring your laptop. They make sure your every need is met. A happy group of people who want your business.
Toyota Of Richardson is convenient and trustworthy. I use Toyota of Richardson to service my Lexus SUV and always feel they have my best interest at heart when recommending repairs. Service technicians seem knowledgeable and trustworthy. I do believe prices are competitive and definitely less than Lexus dealerships.
Horrible Service Horrible, horrible service. Excuses left and right. Empty promises. You have to constantly remind them of what they had promised you. When I asked them why my deposit for the car rental wasn't refund yet, they said, "oh..we just forgot."

suspicious I used to get my oil changed here and was generally satisfied but on occasion I was charged extra because they "fixed" something that I hadn't asked for, wasn't aware was broken, and couldn't see a difference after. Maybe it really was preventative but I don't know.
Ourisman Fairfax Toyota (right next to Denny's) My wife and I have been having our two cars serviced here for the last 9 years and have been pleased. I would recommend Ourisman Fairfax Toyota for maintaining your vehicle.
Avoid at all costs!!! We had bought two cars from Carson in 2003. Highly recommended by friends, and we were very satisfied too. Well tried to buy another car from them recently. This is NOT the same place they use to be. They lied about the price, tried to bait and switch, and have to be one of the most dishonest car dealers I've ever dealt with. Great dealership with great staff I just bought a 2010 FJ Cruiser from Carson Toyota and it was a great experience buying my first ever Toyota.
