Verified Renter I will be attending USC upstate in the fall and I couldn’t have found a better home. Valley Falls is everything a student could ask for. There are so many amenities that bring so much more light into the college experience. It is also right scrips the street from campus! Everyone is so helpful, respectful, and very willing!

Verified Renter I will say the atmosphere and amenities were great. The gym and pools were very well kept. However, several of our things (doors,sinks, and washer) kept breaking. We were in the older apartments so that may be the reason.

Verified Renter Love it! Perfect size rooms & always secure:) Love the access to the pool and facilities. Maintenance is quick and very effective. The only complaint I would have is the appliances in the kitchen are a little dated but still work.

Verified Renter Great living here. Best amenities. Close to everything you need. 85, DT, upstate, restaurants in boiling springs and Walmart. Target is coming. Rooms are great!

Verified Renter Overall a pleasant experience living here. One time on piece of mail fell out of my trash bag while I was taking it out (my first week living there) and I was fined $20-25. I understood the trash policy and no littering but it did seem a bit excessive. The gates did not always work with my car and the $25 sticker that was supposed to scan. But overall it was a fine experience living here, staff was nice about eighty percent of the time.
