Verified Renter So far so good (August 2023). Move in was really easy, front desk people are friendly. The rooms are newly renovated so everything is fancy! Big closet, room, and bathroom!

The amenities, social opportunities, lake side view, fully furnished apartments, etc. I've been over to my friends' apartments and I genuinely love Valley Falls , and have heard nothing but good things about this community. I am now moving in next month and I'm so excited!

Verified Renter I will be attending USC upstate in the fall and I couldn’t have found a better home. Valley Falls is everything a student could ask for. There are so many amenities that bring so much more light into the college experience. It is also right scrips the street from campus! Everyone is so helpful, respectful, and very willing!
