Verified Renter I’ve had a great experience here so far and am glad that I decided to lease here! The apartments are very clean, staff is very nice, and the amenities are great. The only downside is if you have noisy neighbors.

Verified Renter Valley Falls is a well kept apartment complex. It is hard to beat hardwood floors, a balcony, a newer dishwasher, in house washer and dryers, spacious bathrooms and walk in closets for less than a grand! Every staff member is exceedingly kind and helpful.

Verified Renter Pretty unorganized. It’s the best campus apartment for the connecting area but things could definitely be better. I’ve been roomed with people who aren’t even in college which has made my experience stressful.

Verified Renter I have lived here since august and i love the amenities, and sense of a safe community at valley. the lake is gorgeous and peaceful at sunset and sunrise, and the gyms allow for a spacious workout space.

Verified Renter It is an overall great place to live, and close to everything spartanburg! However, management can be iffy, and they disconnected the after hours call line to get in touch with security.

Verified Renter Great place, it feels very safe and secure. Sometimes we have issues with the appliances because they’re a little dated but other than that, I would recommend to anyone with roomates especially going to usc upstate.

Verified Renter Haven’t moved in yet but the workers and peol are so nice and work with you. I went in for a tour and did a different one with my dad. The only downside is they don’t let you view the room before you sign or anything. They have a fake room to view . And you don’t get to see who your roommate is either

We are glad that you found everyone to be nice and helpful. We do individual leasing to it's not possible to tour potential resident's through the actual occupied apartments but our model apartments do have the same furniture and appliances as the units on the property.
