Verified Renter Valley Falls is a great apartment complex with clean amenities, great staff, and easy to contact managers. I have been here for 2 years and I absolutely love it. The apartment has a ton of space and the furniture is brand new and works great!

Verified Renter Luxurious living nice pool, the best, 2nd time here, I would recommend to others. It’s really quiet no disturbances. The area is nice there’s many things around such as food and stores.

Verified Renter It’s okay. Make sure you have a lot of money during checkout. They charge ridiculous fees. They charge 300 dollars just for a room reassignment even if you already found someone by yourself..

Verified Renter The place was really nice when I moved in . The maintenance is really lacking now. Buildings need pressure washing. Bee and hornets outside . Staff is not the friendliest .
