Verified Renter Valley Falls is a very nice community. It has lovely views and security makes it feel safe. The pool and amenities are wonderful. And it’s also nice that the pool stays open to residents can just sit around in the winter.

Verified Renter Living at Valley Falls is amazing! The staff at the leasing office are very sweet and it is a very quiet complex! The common areas are big and the rooms are nice and the outside is very clean.

Verified Renter So far it is pretty good maintenance is fast so that’s a plus my roommate are nice and out surrounding neighbors haven’t been a problem at all

Verified Renter Poor management. The place is nice though. They don’t return calls and even if they do it’s late, Maintenance is well though! The security is very overwhelming they tend to think a bit much of themselves.
