Verified Renter Leases are not fit for it’s mostly student population. Otherwise very nice facilities and convenient for usc upstate students. Would resign if the packages were modified

Verified Renter Pretty decent. They don’t alway match roommates well. Pretty good at answering maintenance requests. The grounds are well kept and pretty quiet community .
Verified Renter I’ve lived in valley for 4 years and we’ve had 4 leaks. Two of which have happened just this year and it’s barely April. The cost is honestly not worth it to live here. Many people I know are ready to move out but it’s cheap and good for college kids. But because it’s for college students they try to get over. I was being charged $900 to replace the couches in the living room but once my mom brought up legality’s, the price changed to $600.
Verified Renter Everything about the community is impeccable. Don’t really have anything bad to say about the community besides residents not cleaning up after their pets. I live in their 3x3, I absolutely love one of my roommates and the other one is okay but she keeps the apartment really cold while knowing that both me and the other roommate have health conditions that is affected by cold temperatures. With her wanting the apartment so cold and the other roommate and i need the heat on, rent has went up by at least $100. ... read more
