Verified Renter It has been pretty good so far besides the fact we have requested maintenance for about 2 weeks now and they have still not came and we still have no Wi-Fi even after going up there on multiple different occasions but besides that it has been pretty smooth and peaceful
Verified Renter Rooms were not completely clean when we moved in and there were maintenance issues but communication about maintenance requests and WiFi has not been great and very slow. And some maintenance requests haven’t been met yet.
Verified Renter Poor management, Poor attendance to tenants, lack of communication and information. Poor timing and no sense of urgency to solve problems. The staff seems like they dont have much care or time to deal with my matters. Not fulfilling on certain promises.

Verified Renter Not bad so far. My roommates got their WiFi passwords and I have not reviewed mine yet. The office does not answer the phone, I left a voicemail. Lots of noise around, very thin walls.

Verified Renter I love the amenities! The pool and gym have been awesome! I have really loved being able to sit on my porch and watch the sunsets over the pond! Such a beautiful site!

Verified Renter Apartment was a little dirty when i moved in after having to pay a cleaning fee. Not an expensive fee but it’s the thought of paying a cleaning fee just for it to be dirty and have to do it myself. Paper towel was black with one wipe of the floor, floor has crumbs on it (me nor my roommates had entered it yet). Other than this, they are very nice apartments, and very spacious. The apartments are still very clean other than what i pointed out. I would recommend valley falls to anyone.
