Receiving Help Rama, who works in the main office, has helped me greatly with understanding the benefits that Valley Falls has and the privileges that one receives once given an apartment as well. However, the best thing I can say about Rama is her effort to speak Spanish. I watched her assist a customer to the best of her ability in Spanish to direct them to their apartment. She is awesome at her job!

I love the view of the lake I have from my apartment window and the amount of care the staff has for its residents. Also, I love how it’s so convenient for me, my school is right across the street, my work is 15 minutes up the road, and heron circle, boiling springs, and downtown Spartanburg are so close! I love it here!
