Verified Renter I love the community and staff along with all the amenities that is available. The only problem is that some residents don’t clean up after their pets once they use the restroom outside and some residents dogs tend to wake other residents up. Overall i’m very satisfied with the customer service, the cleanliness of the apartments and the community.

Verified Renter The staff is all very friendly and I love relaxing by the pool to take a break from classes. Also love having a private bathroom! The maintenance team is great at making sure resident’s maintenance requests are taken care of quickly

I really have no complaints besides the roaches that appeared day one of me moving in, the uncalled for fees that I was charged because Valley Falls didn’t want to take my money out when they wanted to and then the thin walls that I love the most because I can hear how loud my neighbors are coming up the stairs at 3 in the morning

We have weekly Pest Control service and we advice resident's to put in a maintenance request if they have these sorts of issues so that we can get them noted in our Pest Control log. We certainly want to get these k ind of issues taken care of as weekly as possible. If you would like to discuss your damage charges, you can make an appointment with our Assistant Property Manager and he would be happy to talk to you about them. R
