Verified Renter Great place to stay m, love the security and appliances that come in the apartments. Also the pool, gym, and other Public places were a great way to spend time around vally Falls. For the most part, my neighbors and other residents were friendly while the time I stayed there.

Verified Renter Amenities need updating as the microwave and oven are very old. The washing machine makes a very inconsiderate noise which is very loud. But overall pretty nice

Verified Renter My stay here has been great! I love using the gym and I love starting to sit by the pool because it is warming up. Only thing I’ve experienced a problem with is parking.

Verified Renter For the price and selection available around the area, these are the best apartments you can get, especially for students. The phase 2 apartments are the best bang for your buck in my opinion. Utilities are included; you are right next to a lake (beautiful views); maintenance is quick, efficient, friendly, and keep the grounds clean; there is security from dusk until dawn, and the amenities are well kept and modern. Verified Renter This is a great community, it’s the perfect place to live. It is quiet and everybody here is nice. The only thing that didn’t make it a 5/5 is the security, at times they are doing too much. I’ve had guest over and they were being in their business before they could even enter my apartment.
