Very nice place My son just moved in, we’re very pleased from day one. Greetings of the friendly staff on move-in day is greatly appreciated, impressed with the organization and eased of checking in. I was extremely happy and impressed with the condition and cleanliness of the apartment. Pricing is reasonable and comparable to the surrounding apartments. I would recommend this place.

Awful Worst place EVER!!! There is nothing positive about this place. The employees are so rude including the manager. They are smart elics. Everything in the apartment has either fell apart or is currently falling apart. You can’t have visitors over or they tow their car, heck they even tow residents cars. It’s a shame to live here. They have “security” who is never to be found. Please think again before signing a lease.

Poor Management/Unsafe These apartments look nice at first look but don’t let them fool you. The property manager is very unprofessional and useless when it comes to issues involving the property and roommates. The apartments also attract a lot of shady individuals who like to loiter around the parking lot at night. Would not recommend staying here or letting your student stay here.

Don't live here!! Do not live here!! My mom stayed the night with me and her Car was towed the next morning. I talked to the manager and she explained they do not allowed guest to park here. I pay too much in rent to not allow my family or even friends to come over. For how much I pay I could've stayed in the dorms on my campus because it feels same, being restricted of having guest over.
