Verified Renter Application and move in process was pretty easy and smooth sailing. I am on the first floor, walls are pretty thin, however upstairs neighbors usually keep quiet after 10 pm. I did not get matched well with my roommates, that was a big disappointment. My biggest complaints would be that our kitchen is not “complete”. I have seen other units that are the same as mine and our kitchen is not finished. Maintenance does a good job of responding quickly to complaints and fixing any problems. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!! I have lived here for 2 years now… The first year was great didn’t have many problems. This last year has been HORRIBLE!!! Last summer they towed my brothers car even though he had the “overnight visitor pass”. I have made many complaints about my upstairs neighbors dog keeping me up until 2-4AM almost every night and they will do absolutely NOTHING about it but call them about it which does nothing. Do not live here! This place SUCKS! They have done 4 inspections in the last two months, where they basically barge into your apartment and take photos and then leave. But don’t worry if you missed them they’ll be back to do it all over again in two weeks. They’re gate and security absolutely sucks and doesn’t work. My favorite is they spent all this money to install gates and have security and the gates are up 95% of the time and security could care less about who they let in. This property is good My experience has been good! It’s a pretty chill place for the most part! I renewed my lease and cannot wait to live here again. I am still decorating but very excited haha.
Home sweet home Overall great experience. From the application process to movie again the staff was very friendly. Whenever I have had maintenance problems it was attended to very quickly. Nice neighborhood and very quiet I will recommend this community to others

It’s Great BUT a great place to stay if you cant afford a regular apartment however they have a strict visitor policy unlike other apartments and limits freedom for the amount of money you pay. It reminds me a lot of at the dorm I stayed in before I moved in here and it’s not the best thing since that I wanted the freedom of having a normal apartment but it is what you get when you live in this type of apartment I guess since it’s my first, but it is large and the furnishing is really nice but it is a huge letdown to pay so ... read more

Very nice place My son just moved in, we’re very pleased from day one. Greetings of the friendly staff on move-in day is greatly appreciated, impressed with the organization and eased of checking in. I was extremely happy and impressed with the condition and cleanliness of the apartment. Pricing is reasonable and comparable to the surrounding apartments. I would recommend this place.
