It is the best the people are always nice the the equipment is tops
I went in for a DOT physical in about 2010. I had to explain to Dr. Sailor how to administer the hearing test. She reviewed the instructions and still did not understand how to do the simple test. I simply read the instructions on the paper work to her and explained them in simple words she could comprehend. A truck driver telling a Dr. how to do her job, Hmmmm. Wow, it would seem the more involved someone gets with this system, the worst it gets for them! Plus, blanket answers don't help anyone, learn to meet people where they are at!
This system is one of the most ineffective things I've ever had the pleasure of being lost in. Waiting an hour after appointment time for your appointment. Getting sent to the choice program because an appointment is 45 days out and not hearing from the choice program for 40 of those days. Being dismissed about your issues until you have to involve the patient advocate or congressional representative only to find out that the problem is much worse than even you suspected.
