We had one of the best experiences for 2 days of appointments. Everyone was friendly, helpful and on time.
The VA in Portland is terrible so far. I've been trying to get into the VA healthcare system here since the beginning of October. Since November, I've gotten more aggressive about it and have been calling every 2-3 days trying to get a PCP assigned. I NEED pelvic floor physical therapy, and I can't do that without an initial appointment with a PCP. When I first enrolled in the VA healthcare system in Tampa, I was enrolled, made an appointment, and met my PCP all within a week and a half, and met my PFPT a month later. I've b... read more
