The doctors and staff were professional and caring. They took the time to explain things so the Lehman could understand and wouldn't let me leave until all my questions were answered. The enrollment specialosts fixed problems from my home VA Center that had been gojng on for two year. Compared to other VA clinics and hospitals, Portland seems to have their stuff together. Great job ladies and gentlemen, keep up the great work!
Just received hearing aides for the first time. Excellent care including testing and instruction on how to care for the devices and follow up. Great place to receive health care.I learned hearing loss is the second most common problem of veterans. Tinnitus is number 1. So get your hearing tested. You may be surprised.
I love the staff at the Portland health. Ive been lucky enough to go to the Dentist there. The staff is great and friendly. And I am almost never in pain a big plus. Wish I could give more stars.
Thank you for the excellent service we had when my mom's truck dead today at the Oregon VA Hospital. I also want to Thank the men and women that served today Thank you for keeping us safe and sound in our country during the bad times. Thank you to the security guards for staying with us for a bit to keep us safe and to see if we where okay tell the tow truck got there. Thank you VA Hospital for taking good care of my mother during here elder years.
I've been treated here since 2007 and have yet to meet anyone disrespectful. All the employees are caring and doing the best they can with what they are given. Don't hesitate to talk with the Patient Advocate if you don't understand your benefits or what's going on--they are there to help! The Choice Program can be confusing but there is a fantastic office of people who can explain it to you. I love the Portland VA and feel very lucky to be treated there.
This place takes excellent care of my husband. Dr. Sasaki in the liver team is amazing. Thank you!!!
The care I receive here is amazing. The staff are always upbeat and positive. If you are a Veteran this is where you want to go for your medical care!
