After trying to get care here for two months, I am beginning to believe this particular VA center has more problems than benefits. First it seems that most telephone operators think the VA veterans are an inconvenience or something. When interacting with the staff of the different departments for help I get snarky attitudes and I even had an eye roll once. Also it takes forever for anyone to answer the phone (if they ever do) so I’m forced to go and ask questions in person, and risk pissing off people who’s job is to help me. I can sympathize that the VA is understaffed and having it own issues, ... read more
