I will never recommend that any vets go here. the ER staff (the nurses) need to be trained on how to treat people. the hospital still does not cater to women's health and it 2019 that is beyond sad that we have to get outsourced to other places. they need to do better much much better
Although this VA.Center has been in the news lately, I love it!!! The only problem I have, is the pharmacy!!! The Dr.'s my vet sees are great and very concerned about his health!!
The wait time in the ER is crazy than you have to wait some more once you are taken to an observation room, even more of a wait if you are admitted into the hospital.
The staff was very very helpful
I just got off the phone with the Emergency Room social worker, I called because I was in emotional distress and Kelly Tubbs or Dubbs, who originally refused to give his name, was very rude and disregardful and he let me know he was to busy to talk. In my opinion if you don;t have time to talk to a veteran with severe PTSD, who is seeking guidance on a life or death situation, don't pick up the phone. This incident happened around 10 pm Sunday, March 24th 2019. And the VA wonder why veteran suicide is so high.
Treat a patient as a human being rather than a piece of meat. I recently got some inpatient surgery and during the entire process, not one person asked me if I needed anything or how I was doing.
The Doctors & Nurses were very friendly!

I missed the call called back and got no answer. We have been playing phone tag for about a month now. Received a notice and called again. Went to voice mail ( left a voicemail) and called back. Finally got through to someone today and was placed on hold. No big deal,I’ll hold. I literally just hung up from being on hold for 45 minutes. There has to be more than one person ... read more
The parking here is awful. Tell President Trump to build sufficient parking for veterans before something bad happens here. Ridiculous from entering the facility, it’s discussing veterans are treated like this.
