Must do better and focus on Patient care, wait times, and improving patient/organization relationship. A more professional approach to treatment of Veterans and veteran care should be paramount, especially when you are the flagship of the entire system. The overall organizational model must be restructured and improved!

As a veteran and living in the Washington DC area, this medical facility does a fantastic job and managing all the veterans and their health care needs. people just have to remember that everybody is human, and sometimes mistakes are made, but any time something has happened to me at the VA that has been unsatisfactory and that is not very often, they have done everything possible to make it right.
Very professional and friendly
Right now outside there is a 20 car waiting line to park I’ve been sitting still for 20 minutes in my appointment was five minutes ago and I have nowhere to put my car to make my appointment this is horrific not to mention when you call any of the offices it always goes to a recording this is ridiculous nightmare

When trying to reach, for example, the audiology department, to schedule an appointment, they receive a voice mail instructing them to leave a message. However, there are many veterans without phone access. There needs to be more attentiveness to simply answering... read more
